The Elite Flexible One program is aimed at investors wishing to gain access to the Thai market by acquiring property in the Kingdom while enjoying up to five years of status of residency. In addition, members receive exclusive privileges such as expedited immigration procedures and special discounts at leading hospitals, hotels, spas, restaurants, department stores and golf courses.

To qualify for the Elite Flexible One program, an applicant must meet the following requirements:
Be at least 20 years old Be a foreigner Pass the background check conducted by Thailand Elite Purchase a property in Thailand worth at least 10 million THB (consisting of one or more properties that must be ready to move into) Provide the title deed of the property purchased under their name Provide proof of bank transfer Provide proof of ownership of the property or properties each year and do not mortgage, sell or transfer the property within five years of registering as an Elite Flexible One member
